Tapp has been the many faces of Hee Haw since it began in 1969. Tapp also appears on Talk Shows, Network Shoes and as an entertainer on the Circuit. Tapp has worked with most of the top known personalities in America and was introduced by Foster Brooks as the World's Finest Story Teller. (A rare compliment.)
